Final Weekend Training and Graduation

This final weekend marks a meaningful transition point, bringing the training journey to a close with a strong focus on partnering with God and stepping fully into your calling. Designed as an immersive and reflective experience, it offers more than 10 hours of interactive lecture, along with 6 one-on-one coaching practice sessions and a private coaching evaluation.

Participants will also share meals together, present student artifacts, and take part in a graduation ceremony that celebrates both growth and completion. The curriculum explores key themes such as personal and client affect regulation, identifying core trauma, working with strengths, healing self-sabotage, creating boundary plans, and leading from delight.

With a balance of instruction, practice, and ceremony, this final weekend creates space to integrate what has been learned and step forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
