Realign, restore, and reconnect as the season shifts into autumn with a weekend retreat designed to support clarity, purpose, and an open heart.
Hosted by Alana Hatfield of Heart to Heart Healing and Heather Gunn McQuillan, owner and facilitator at Nature Space Resort, this immersive experience brings together energy work, mindful movement, and creative expression in a setting centered on well-being. Guided by two experienced practitioners, the weekend offers space to release what no longer serves you and step forward with renewed balance.
On Saturday, Alana leads a Reiki Level 1 course, where you will learn to work with your own healing energy. By the end of the session, you will be fully certified and receive a personal attunement with Alana. If you already have Reiki certification, this is also an opportunity to revisit the practice and receive a re-attunement.
Friday, Sept 18: Setting the Path
Arrive in the evening and settle in with a warm, home-cooked supper, offering a gentle start and a chance to connect with your community.
An intention-setting experience follows, helping you ground, reflect, and define the path you want to carry into the autumn season.
Saturday, Sept 19: The Power of Healing
Reiki Level I Certification: Spend the day learning to harness your own healing energy. You will leave fully certified and receive a personal attunement with Alana.
Yoga & Sound Bath: Enjoy a gentle flow to align the chakras, followed by a restorative sound healing session.
Sunday, Sept 20: Creative Release
Morning Yoga: Begin the day with mindful movement, followed by a nourishing communal meal.
Integration Session: A guided opportunity to bring the weekend’s teachings together and anchor your next step into fall.
The Flower Painting Workshop features guest artist Patrick Guindon of Creative Rebel Studios.
Featured Workshop: Floral Flow
This special session is a meaningful invitation for anyone drawn to mindfulness, intention, and release. Patrick guides a flower painting workshop centered on letting go of perfectionism, encouraging you to follow the movement of the paint and discover beauty in the imperfect.
He also shares his own journey through intentional living and mental health challenges, and how floral art supported him through difficult times. It is a chance to transform balanced energy into a creative expression of resilience.
Held in Comfort: Nourishment & Care
Throughout the weekend, you will be fully cared for so you can focus on your own healing without worrying about logistics. While Alana and Heather guide the retreat programming, your body will be supported with wholesome, soulful food prepared with intention.
