Step into a micro-festival devoted to renewal through soil, sustainability, and the deeper bonds that connect us to one another and to the earth. Experience Regeneration invites guests to celebrate circularity not as an idea, but as a lived way of life.
Here, the “delicious dirty work” of cultural change takes center stage: a shift toward a more circular, conscious, and regenerative future, guided by some of the most forward-thinking voices in regenerative food systems, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
Regeneration is a process of renewal and regrowth, yet to truly align with it, you must experience it firsthand.
If you want to learn how to live more closely with nature’s rhythms, make the most of a backyard or rooftop space, or simply put your hands in the soil and reconnect with your own sense of alignment, this gathering offers an open door.
Making its debut at Omega, Experience Regeneration is a new event series designed to move “regeneration” beyond buzzword status and into everyday practice. Through education, practice, and community, this immersive micro-festival aims to seed a meaningful culture shift. The first edition centers on the interconnected themes of soil and food systems.
The gathering is shaped by the producing team behind the Wanderlust Festival and the Eudēmonia Summit, and brings together leading voices in sustainability, science, Indigenous and generational wisdom, somatic practice, and the arts. Together, they explore the inseparable links between personal, cultural, and ecological renewal.
Programming moves through three essential strands of regenerative understanding: nature, personal restoration, and generational wisdom. Mornings may unfold in the garden or forest with learning around composting or mycelial networks; afternoons may be devoted to restorative practices such as yoga with Schuyler Grant, meditation, or sound healing; and evenings close in conversation with innovative leaders in climate solutions, regenerative farming, and food systems. At night, guests gather with minstrels who bring a rooted approach to living.
This convening offers a response to climate anxiety and apathy, with joy woven through the program as a central thread of the regenerative movement. Join the “delicious dirty work” of helping shift culture toward a more circular, conscious, and sustainable way of living.
