Open to participants of all yoga and singing levels.
Over four days, we will explore ancient, powerful practices designed to open the voice and throat chakra, while deepening our connection to root energy and the limitless current of divine sound moving through us. Each morning begins with a 2-hour yoga practice that includes pranayama, asana, meditation, and chanting. Together, we will learn chants and songs and, within a few days, come together as a choir.
In the early afternoon, there will be time to rest, relax, and explore before gathering again to go further into the principles of mantra and pranayama and continue our singing practice. We will learn to listen more closely to our own voice, refine our sound, and build a deeper relationship with the spiritual and healing power of mantra from the Sanskrit and Kundalini Yoga traditions.
Scholarships are available in limited numbers for this retreat. To inquire, please email. If you are applying for a scholarship, we still recommend reserving your place with a 25% deposit to secure your spot.
