Step into late spring at its most fertile and alive — a season of fragrance, color, growth, and quiet abundance. This immersive weekend retreat offers an invitation to slow down, settle into the body, and rediscover your natural place within the living world. Rooted in the wisdom of the Earth element, the experience centers stability, nourishment, sensual presence, and the deep sense that you are supported.
Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through heart-opening cacao ceremonies, somatic grounding practices, time spent outdoors, and elemental ritual. Together, these experiences support a deeper relationship with the land, your body, and the abundance already unfolding in your life. Late May carries a distinct energy of ripeness — the moment when what has been quietly developing begins to reveal itself. This retreat gently creates space to notice what is ripening within you, and to meet it with openness, curiosity, and trust.
What You’ll Experience
The program is thoughtfully shaped around grounding, opening, and integration.
Everything is paced with intention, allowing you to soften, listen inward, and truly feel.
Ceremonial Cacao
Throughout the retreat, you will work with Moka Cacao, prepared and stewarded on the grounds of the Himalayan Institute. Approached with mindfulness, reverence, and connection to both land and community, this cacao serves as a gentle ally for opening awareness, softening the heart, and supporting grounded presence.
The ceremonies are spacious, trauma-aware, and invitational rather than performative or dogmatic. Cacao is offered as a companion for emotional openness, sensory awareness, and heart-centered reflection, often bringing a subtle warmth, clarity, and deeper connection to self and nature.
Abundance Consciousness & Prosperity
This retreat explores abundance as a lived, embodied experience — not only material gain, but also sufficiency, receptivity, and trust in life’s cycles. In nature, prosperity appears through diversity, nourishment, reciprocity, and rhythm. When we reconnect with the Earth, scarcity patterns can begin to soften, and we remember that support, creativity, and opportunity arise from grounded presence rather than striving.
Together, you’ll gently explore the shift from scarcity mindset to embodied enoughness, learning to receive without guilt, urgency, or over-effort. You’ll also reflect on the many forms prosperity can take: emotional, relational, creative, financial, and spiritual.
Fire Ceremony
During the retreat, you’ll gather for a letting go and creating fire ceremony, bringing the element of Fire into relationship with Earth. Where Earth grounds and nourishes, Fire transforms, clarifies, and initiates movement.
In this ritual space, you’ll be invited to reflect on what feels complete or ready to be released, honor what has supported your growth, and consciously welcome what is emerging next. Guided reflection, symbolic offerings, and shared presence around the fire help anchor the weekend’s insights while opening space for new intention and vitality.
What You May Carry Home
Many participants leave with a deeper sense of groundedness, inner steadiness, and renewed trust in the body as a source of wisdom. Others find a greater capacity to receive abundance without striving, along with emotional openness supported by cacao, fire, and community.
You may also leave with a stronger sensory connection to the natural world, clarity around what is ripening in your life, and a felt sense of belonging — to yourself, to others, and to Earth. Rather than pushing transformation, this retreat allows change to arise organically through presence, relationship, and gentle attention.
