Ember is designed for women who have already moved through deep transformational work and have experienced ceremony and inner journey practices. This is not about searching for who you are. It is about learning to live as the woman you already know yourself to be.
Here, the emphasis is on embodiment: staying steady in your truth, honoring your medicine, and bringing your knowing into everyday life.
This retreat invites you to arrive fully in the present moment. Rather than observing transformation from a distance, you are invited into lived experience, honest self-acceptance, and the beauty of meeting yourself exactly as you are.
Deep vulnerability and authentic connection form the heart of this container. The women gathered here are part of the teaching itself, creating a space where reflection, witnessing, and mutual support can open the door to real change.
This is about bringing wisdom into the body and into daily life. The focus is not on performance, but on living your medicine in a grounded and sustainable way.
Transformation does not end in the peak moment of ceremony. It continues in the patient, devoted practice that follows. Small, steady shifts are what create lasting change, and integration is treated as a devotional practice rather than a destination.
Your ember is your I AM—your center, your core sense of truth.
What is your Ember?
It is not what you do, but who you are at your essence. It is the steady pulse that remains when everything else is set down. When you know your ember, you stop seeking validation outside yourself and return to your own authority.
Through this retreat, you will clarify your center and practice holding your line.
The question we explore together:
Do you know who you are?
What is your I AM?
Integration through creativity
Following two full days of ceremony, you will move insight into embodiment through creative expression. The process is intuitive and shaped by the circle’s needs, with integration and experience taking priority over artistic skill or finished products.
This may include:
The retreat includes:
From Thursday arrival through Tuesday departure, this immersive retreat supports you in grounding insight into the body through creative expression, movement, and somatic practices. You will experience deep ceremony work, build nervous system capacity, and strengthen your ability to live as the fullness of who you are.
This work is healing, but it focuses on expansiveness and possibility rather than deep trauma healing. You are invited to claim your ember, tend it, and learn to hold your line with integrity.
The deepest safety comes from each person’s ability to hold themselves, allowing the collective to support and hold the whole.
The retreat follows the energies of the Medicine Wheel, honoring the four directions and returning again and again to center.
