October 4th - 8th, 2026
This retreat offers a rare invitation to slow down, unplug, and meet yourself with genuine care. Designed as both a meaningful challenge and a deeply rewarding experience, it creates space to step away from daily distractions and rediscover the value of presence, awareness, and mindful living. Participants are welcomed into a supportive community where meditation and mindfulness practices are explored in a way that can positively influence everyday life.
Set at the majestic Drala Mountain Center in the Colorado Rockies, the retreat unfolds in an inspiring natural environment that encourages reflection, rest, and renewed clarity. The setting itself is part of the experience: native forests, gentle meadows, and rocky peaks offer a peaceful backdrop for learning, walking, and simply being. The retreat is made possible through a generous decision by the retreat and Rob Dube to forgo payment, with support going to Drala Mountain Center.
Whether you are new to meditation, returning to practice, or looking to deepen what you already know, this retreat is open to meditators of all levels. Throughout the week, you’ll be guided through practical mindfulness techniques, wisdom talks, mindful walking, stretching practices, and meditation sessions. There will also be two mindful guided hikes, including a silent sunset hike, along with opportunities to connect, reflect, and share with fellow participants.
