This retreat is designed for anyone who feels the need to pause, step away from daily stress, and reconnect with the natural world. It offers a gentle reset: time to listen to yourself, care for yourself, and enjoy a true digital detox by putting aside screens, watches, and to-do lists. At Hagabrekka, you’ll experience the simplicity of off-grid living, with no electricity or running water, surrounded by raw and untouched Norwegian nature. Nourishing, healthy meals will support you throughout the stay, while you make space to fully relax and restore. Rest in a hammock, feel your heartbeat soften, breathe in the fresh air, and allow tension, stress, and pain to ease away as you return to your balance and your natural sense of well-being.
