
This youth program offers a playful introduction to meditation and mindfulness through games, stories, and art, creating a welcoming space where young participants can explore inner calm in an engaging way. The session is designed to be both fun and meaningful, blending creativity with simple practices that help children connect with presence and self-awareness.
Vegetarian pizza will be provided, adding a relaxed social element to the experience. Parents and guardians are welcome to either drop off and pick up their children or wait at IMC during the program. To help with planning, participants are asked to sign up at least two days before the event.
