Deepen your understanding of attachment system dynamics and learn how unresolved trauma can shape the patterns that interfere with connection and intimacy in adult relationships. This foundational training offers practical ways to recognize those patterns and support meaningful change for both yourself and your clients.
This introductory training in the Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe) series explores the core attachment styles and the roots of early attachment wounds. You’ll gain a clear framework for understanding how secure functioning develops, where it can be disrupted, and how healing becomes possible.
Whether you join in person or online, the training blends somatic, relational, and experiential learning to help you understand how early attachment patterns continue to influence adult relationships. The course is designed to strengthen resilience, restore secure attachment, and support the healing of developmental wounds.
By working with attachment patterns at their source, you’ll build skills that can help foster greater joy, meaning, intimacy, and connection in both personal and professional settings.
Live DARe trainings offer a rare opportunity to experience this work in person, guided by experienced facilitator Dr. Liz George. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Sunrise Ranch, Colorado, the gathering provides an ideal environment for reflection, restorative practice, and community connection. Attendance is limited.
For virtual participants, the live online format includes full access to training sessions, demonstrations, and Q&A through an interactive platform. You’ll also have the option to learn more about DARe Online Workshops or the DARe Certificate Program.
