Rooted in self-responsibility, authenticity, and interdependence, transformational communities create a space where people are invited to step into empowered action and work together toward meaningful change in the world.
This approach is guided by a three-part intention that supports participants to:
Over three days, this workshop offers a practical foundation for transformational community-building. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Transformational Connection (Circling), and Possibility Management (PM), participants will explore transformation on personal, interpersonal, and systemic levels.
The experience includes tools for moving responsibly within a group setting, such as expressing feelings with intention, taking ownership of one’s experience, and making authentic offers of connection. Together, the group will practice attuning to the collective field, shared decision-making, and conflict resolution, all in support of self-leadership and empowerment.
This workshop is designed for people who want to deepen their community-building practice and explore regenerative ways of living in connection with self, others, and the earth.

Earthdance is a Public Charity that depends heavily on ticket income to support its Artistic, Cultural and Educational mission. To make participation more accessible across a range of economic realities, most events offer a sliding scale. Please take a moment to consider where you fit best on that scale. Everyone is asked to stretch where possible so that those who cannot may still have access.
