Set in Western North Carolina from October 5-8, 2026, this 4-day retreat offers a restorative blend of yoga, nature therapy, and community connection. Rather than encouraging escape, the experience is designed to help you return to yourself through slow, nourishing days in the mountains.
Each day brings a thoughtful rhythm of active and restorative practices, including morning yoga, evening yoga, guided hikes, meditation, sound healing, optional massage and Reiki therapy, workshops, and spacious time to simply rest. With nature as a co-facilitator and a supportive group around you, the retreat creates space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
By the end of your stay, you can expect to feel grounded, present, and deeply nourished, carrying home practices and memories that continue to support your well-being long after the retreat ends.
Here’s what you can expect during this retreat:
- Morning Yoga: Begin each day with an energizing, breath-led flow that awakens body and mind. Through mindful transitions and grounding postures, these sessions invite spaciousness and presence.
- Evening Yoga: Close the day with restorative and Yoga Nidra-inspired practices designed to quiet the mind, support stillness, and encourage restful sleep.
- Group Hikes: Explore lush forests, blooming meadows, and pristine trails accessible directly from the property, with additional time for independent hiking during free hours.
- Workshops & Ceremonies: Throughout the retreat, you may experience tea ceremonies, sound baths, aromatherapy workshops, breathwork, and more.
- Massage and Reiki Therapy Onsite: Optional sessions are available during leisure time and must be booked a few days before the retreat begins. These services are not included in the package.
- Leisure Time: Spend the afternoons as you wish, whether that means enjoying the hot tub, reading on the porch, hiking, journaling, or simply doing nothing at all.
- Stargazing, Hot Tubs, and Campfires: In the evenings, gather by the fire, share stories, and stargaze beneath clear skies as a relaxing way to end the day.
- Nourishing Meals: Meals are thoughtfully prepared to complement the retreat experience with wholesome, comforting, and delicious nourishment.
- Serene Accommodations: Stay in a cozy, country-style cabin surrounded by forests and mountain views, with access to a hot tub, covered porch, grassy lawns, and peaceful spaces for reflection.
