Program and experiences

• This two-hour program includes a walk and more
• Space to breathe deeply and take in your surroundings through the senses
• Attention to the scents, textures, tastes, and sights of the place
• A chance to clear mental clutter and quiet the mind
• An invitation to step away from the devices that keep you indoors
• The walk concludes with tea and snacks around the fire, offering time to connect with fellow participants

Blue Deer Center

Nestled in the Catskill Mountains of New York on ninety-three acres of land and forest, Blue Deer Center is embraced by Saskawhihiwine, the river of peace. For millennia, this land has been known as a place where conflict is resolved and illness gives way to health. Here, blessed things happen that cannot happen even a short distance away, as this sacred place offers a unique medicine that restores and heals.
