Rashia Bell is the CEO and Founder of The Crystalline. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the New York School of Interior Design, earning degrees in Fashion Merchandising Management and Interior Design.
The Crystalline was founded in 2014. Over the past decade, Rashia has completed three Crystal Healing certifications through The Crystal Academy of Advanced Healing Arts, which form the basis of her work. She is also a Level 2 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Healer and LaHoChi Healer, and has training in akashic and ancestral trauma work. For the past three years, she has studied Flower Essences and Herbalism with native Curanderas. A former ballet dancer, she is a certified movement practitioner and myofascial bodyworker, and has also completed yoga certifications in both English and Spanish.
Grounded in personal healing, The Crystalline’s design process reflects Rashia’s broader practice. She has led workshops for all ages, private events, and retreats around the world, and now brings her love of travel into residencies at luxury resorts globally.
