Leave the pace of everyday life behind and enter a deeply restorative retreat designed to support inner clarity, stillness, and personal renewal.
Located just a two-hour Amtrak ride from NYC, with pickup available at Hudson Station, this experience offers an accessible escape into calm.
A journey of awakening, expansion, and growth.
In only three days, you’ll explore the transformative power of meditation, silence, and yogic practices in a setting created for reflection and connection.
Each day follows a gentle, grounding rhythm, beginning with early morning meditation and continuing with nourishing meals, uplifting music, and inspiring workshops. Every element of the schedule is intended to help you return to yourself and what matters most.
A highlight for many guests is the guided forest walk, offering time in nature to settle the mind and deepen your sense of connection through quiet awareness.

Our food
Meals are lacto-vegetarian, with vegan options available, and are prepared with care to support a mindful retreat environment.
We place great importance on food as part of the retreat experience. Our chefs serve delicious, nourishing lacto-vegetarian meals and avoid onion, garlic, and mushrooms, as these ingredients are considered less supportive for meditation and yoga practices. Alcohol and drugs are not served or permitted on the premises. We hope you enjoy the healthy, satisfying food throughout your stay.
