Heart & Soul Retreats invites you to discover the beauty, stillness, and transformation of Mt. Shasta through a deeply restorative retreat led by Dayna Fauth and Josephine Babiarz-Bertucci.

Mt. Shasta, the ancestral home of the Winnemem Wintu tribes, is regarded as a sacred and spiritual place. Many guests have described experiences of spiritual downloads, awakenings, and an overwhelming sense of deep inner peace.
