What's included
Accommodation and meals are arranged for a two-night stay in a beautiful private retreat on a private rural estate in Nottinghamshire. On day one, a chef-prepared evening meal is delivered to your door. Day two includes breakfast, lunch, and mains prepared by a private chef, followed by breakfast on day three. The retreat is available for exclusive use and includes a hot tub, sauna, slumber rooms, and ice baths. A dedicated retreat planner will organise every detail of your stay.

Let’s spoil the mum-to-be
A mum-to-be gift basket will be waiting in her room, along with a pregnancy float therapy session, pregnancy massage, and a pregnancy craving bar featuring pickled onions, gherkins, chocolate, and ice cream. The evening also includes a firepit gratitude toast.
Group therapy (1 session per retreat)
Choose from a singing circle, sound bath, breathwork, yoga, tai chi, guided meditation, and much more. A firepit and hot chocolate experience is also included, with marshmallows to roast while you relax by the flames.
Add-ons
Extra therapies, treatments, and nights can be added to your stay. Curated experiences may include a private singer, life drawing, a pamper party, a murder mystery night, cooking classes, and more.
Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing is available. Off-peak (Oct-Mar): weekend for 8 guests £4200, weekday for 8 guests £3800. Peak (Apr-Sept): weekend for 8 guests £4800, weekday for 8 guests £4200. Additional guests, up to 15 sleeping spaces, are priced per person depending on season and stay: weekdays £425–£450 per person, weekends £465–£495 per person. Flexible payment plans are available. With five children of their own, and their daughter Annabelle born at Tranquil Waters during a home birth they will always remember, they know firsthand the anticipation, vulnerability, and magnitude of bringing new life into the world. That experience inspired them to create a space that truly nourishes the people who come there.

Designed for comfort and ease, this spacious suite offers a restful setting with a grand solid oak super king bed and a bamboo memory foam mattress for deeply restorative sleep. Crisp 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, and robes are provided for your stay, adding a thoughtful touch throughout.
The room’s favorite chaise lounge invites you to settle in and unwind, while high ceilings, exposed beams, and dual aspect windows create a bright, airy atmosphere. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, and generous desk or dressing table make it easy to unpack and feel at home, whether you are here for a short break or a longer stay.
