Weaving the deep inner resonance of Nada Yoga with the empowering alignment of Bones for Life
Harmony is usually linked with sound, yet it is also expressed in the way we move, stand, and sense ourselves. It can be seen in the body’s alignment, the ease of movement, and a quiet feeling of inner steadiness. At its core, harmony is a state of integration — a natural coherence between body, mind, and spirit.
In Making Sound, Finding Harmony, Rajesh David and Marye Wyvill combine two rich traditions — Nada Yoga and Bones for Life — to illuminate the many dimensions of harmony. Although their methods differ, they work beautifully together, offering a space for thoughtful inquiry, embodied exploration, and refreshed vitality.
Rajesh brings his extensive background in Indian classical music, Advaita philosophy, and the paths of Bhakti and Nada Yoga. His sessions include chakra sensitisation through sound, heart-centred mantra and chanting, and guided OM meditation. These practices gently awaken the inner vibrational field, helping attune us to subtle currents of energy and awareness.
Marye draws on her many years of experience in somatic education through the Bones for Life method, part of the Movement Intelligence system developed by Dr. Ruthy Alon. Her sessions focus on developing well-aligned, resilient posture that can support bone-building pressure. Through conscious movement, participants learn how to protect vulnerable joints, especially in the neck, lumbar spine, knees, and hips, while rediscovering natural coordination and ease. The practices are uplifting and energising, supporting what Dr. Ruthy Alon describes as “biological optimism.”
Together, their teachings create a powerful blend of deep listening, embodied intelligence, and joyful discovery. This retreat is for anyone who wishes to reconnect with their voice, body, and breath, and to discover a sense of balance that feels both grounded and expansive. Through sound and movement, rest and reflection, you’ll be invited to explore what it truly means to live in harmony.
