The Bio-Leadership workshop is a three-day process designed to develop new forms of leadership for the 21st century.
Across the world, many people now feel that conventional leadership is no longer sufficient for the complexity of our time. The Bio-Leadership Project responds to this need by supporting more generative, more adaptive, and more responsible organisations that are better equipped to navigate the 21st century.
Throughout the workshop, participants will use and develop the Bio-Leadership Map as both a living research and thinking model and a framework for learning. It is designed to help guide the process and clarify the territory and goals we want to reach.
The Bio-Leadership Map includes five areas of exploration:
Over the past two years, the Bio-Leadership Project has grown rapidly, connecting and collaborating with remarkable people and initiatives. Today, it works with groundbreaking organisations such as Patagonia, the World Benchmarking Alliance, Amani Institute, as well as inspiring innovators from many sectors.
This programme is about bringing together like-minded people in the UK and offering tools, techniques, and support structures to help develop a new way of living and working. At its heart, the work is about reconnecting with the wisdom of nature and exploring our place as partners within the systems of life.
Bio-Leadership works through three threads:
This workshop is for change-makers, facilitators, and innovators within organisations and across society — people who want to be part of a growing field that believes a new kind of innovation is needed, one that supports people in working with the wider systems we are part of.
