Spend a week in Norway’s dramatic mountain landscape, where daily yoga, guided hikes, and time in nature come together for a deep and refreshing reset. With fjords, open horizons, and quiet trails all around, this retreat offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect.
Overview:
Leave the pace of everyday life behind and step into the raw beauty of western Norway. Fresh mountain air, wide landscapes, and peaceful surroundings create the setting for a balanced experience of hiking, yoga, and genuine connection — both with yourself and with others.
No advanced yoga experience or hiking background is required. The emphasis is not on achievement, but on how you feel throughout the week.

What to expect physically
Daily hikes are approximately 5–10 km, at a relaxed pace with plenty of breaks. Some days offer shorter or longer options. Elevation gain ranges from 300–650 m.
The trails are real mountain paths, not paved walkways, and may include rocks, roots, uneven ground, and occasional muddy sections. These are typical Norwegian hiking trails — natural, well used by locals, and far from crowded.
For local hikers, these routes are considered easy to moderate. If you are used to flat, paved surfaces, they may feel more demanding at first. That is why the pace remains mindful and unhurried, with no competition and no rush.
How you'll feel after
You can expect a healthy kind of tiredness — the satisfying fatigue that comes from being active in nature. Many guests notice their strength and stamina improving during the retreat.
At the same time, the mind tends to quiet down. The combination of movement, nature, and mindfulness helps clear mental clutter and ease stress.
By the end of the week, many people feel calmer, more focused, and more connected to the present moment.
