Spend a week in Norway combining daily yoga, guided hikes, and time in nature for a refreshing reset. With fjords, mountains, open landscapes, and fresh air all around, this women-only retreat offers a balanced mix of movement, rest, and meaningful connection.
Overview:
Leave everyday routines behind and step into the wild beauty of western Norway. This experience brings together hiking, yoga, and a calm, supportive atmosphere where the emphasis is on presence rather than performance. You do not need to be an advanced yogi or an experienced hiker to join — the pace is relaxed, and the focus is on how you feel.
Is this retreat for you?
This retreat is a good fit if you:
It may not be the right choice if you dislike walking in nature, are expecting a luxury spa holiday, or are looking for nightlife and partying.
What to expect physically
Daily hikes are approximately 5–10 km, with a relaxed pace and plenty of breaks. Some days include shorter or longer options, and elevation gain ranges from 300–650 m. The trails are real mountain paths, with rocks, roots, uneven ground, and occasional muddy sections. These are typical Norwegian hiking trails — natural, well used by locals, and far from crowded. For locals, they are considered easy to moderate, though they may feel more demanding if you are used to flat, paved walks.
How you'll feel after
By the end of the week, many guests feel pleasantly tired in a healthy, grounding way from being active outdoors. Strength and stamina often improve during the retreat itself. At the same time, the mind tends to settle. Fresh air, mindful movement, and time in nature help clear mental clutter, while simple moments — good conversations, a strong body, and quiet surroundings — often bring a deeper sense of gratitude. Most participants leave feeling calmer, more focused, and more connected.
