Set in tropical Sri Lanka, this retreat brings together Ayurveda, yoga, and nourishing food in a setting designed to help you unwind, detox, and restore your energy.
Enjoy a deeply rejuvenating 7-night retreat where ancient healing traditions blend with the calm beauty of the island’s southern coast.
The retreat is hosted at Thaulle Pure Ayurveda Resort, an intimate luxury boutique property dedicated to authentic Ayurvedic healing. It is led by Dr. Upul Rajapaksha, one of Sri Lanka’s most respected Ayurvedic specialists.
Each day includes a personalized 40-minute Ayurvedic treatment at the resort’s own Ayurveda center. Before treatment begins, you will have a private consultation with the doctor, who will assess your constitution as well as your current physical and psychological needs. Based on this, your program is tailored to support healing, relaxation, and balance.
The retreat also features two yoga sessions daily to complement the Ayurvedic treatments and help reconnect body and mind. Morning practices are gentle and energizing, while evening sessions are focused on release, rest, and restoration.
You will be served three nourishing Ayurvedic meals each day, prepared according to traditional principles to support digestion, detoxification, and vitality.
