Students explore classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga principles, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, mantras, kriya practices, and yogic lifestyle. The program also places strong emphasis on modern anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention, posture analysis, sequencing, and therapeutic applications to support safe and effective teaching.

Program: Certification - Yoga Alliance
Upon successful completion of the 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Sambodhi Yoga Home, students are eligible to register as RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance. This certification confirms that graduates have met the standards required for advanced yoga teaching and are qualified to teach globally.
