Spend a nourishing week immersed in movement, creativity, connection, and renewal along Mexico’s stunning Pacific coast.
Tucked between vibrant jungle and the shimmering waters of Banderas Bay, Mar de Jade offers far more than a retreat centre. It is a place to slow your pace, breathe more fully, and return to what truly sustains you. Surrounded by nature and held by a warm, welcoming community, you’ll have space to step away from everyday demands and sink into a week devoted to wellness, creativity, and joy.
Each day begins with sunrise yoga overlooking the ocean, gently awakening the body and settling the mind as the morning unfolds. Throughout the week, you’ll take part in inspiring painting workshops with acclaimed artist Vivian Tanga, who will lead you through a creative process designed for every level, from complete beginners to experienced artists.
You’ll also enjoy a personalized bodywork session with Jodie Duplisea, who brings more than 30 years of experience in yoga therapy, osteopathy, massage, aquatic bodywork, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are intended to help release tension, restore balance, and support your individual wellness goals.
In between classes, savor delicious farm-to-table meals, relax beside the ocean, paddleboard, swim, walk the beach, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply rest in a hammock under the palms. There is plenty of free time to unwind, explore, and take in the beauty around you.
What makes Mar de Jade especially meaningful is its dedication to community, sustainability, and positive impact. Through support for local schools, vocational training programs, and organic farming initiatives, the retreat centre creates opportunities for guests to connect with the culture and people who call this remarkable place home.
Whether you are seeking rest, inspiration, creativity, friendship, or a chance to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to nourish body, mind, and spirit in one of Mexico’s most beautiful and heart-centered destinations.
You’ll return home feeling rested, inspired, creatively renewed, and more deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to a community of like-minded people.
