Set in the foothills of Mount Kenya, this 7-day retreat is created for anyone feeling overextended, inwardly tired, or a little far from themselves. It offers a gentle pause: a chance to slow down, breathe, and return to what matters.
Days begin in sunrise stillness, with yoga and meditation framed by mountain views. Meals are made from ingredients grown on the surrounding land, and the pace is intentionally unhurried. Rather than being asked to achieve or perform, you are invited to soften into rest.
This nature-led experience combines mindful movement, healing energy, and cultural immersion to support body, mind, and spirit. In Kenya’s highlands, you can expect nourishing practices, plant-based meals, and a warm sense of community.
Held personally by Alice, with exceptional hospitality from the local team at Kilima Gardens, this is a carefully curated and culturally respectful luxury immersion. One participant described it as “a once in a lifetime retreat” and excellent value, with everything included.
