Arrive at a peaceful lakeside setting, nestled between limestone walls and surrounded by the calming sounds of nature. Here, the group gathers in a cozy canvas pod beside the water — a welcoming space to slow down, settle in, and set clear intentions.
Take a quiet moment to arrive. Breathe deeply. Feel the ground beneath you and the fresh air all around. From this place, you’ll be gently led through simple breathing exercises, stillness, and light reflection designed to help you fully land in the present moment.
With the support of a local bilingual facilitator, you’ll be invited to unwind at your own pace. This experience is centered on helping the body return to its natural rhythm, releasing what is no longer needed, and reconnecting with the breath — a timeless tool for healing and clarity.
The session concludes with a warm cup of herbal tea, offering space to absorb the experience and root yourself in the calm you’ve created.

Do I need experience with breathwork to join?
Not at all. This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to breathwork or already familiar with it. Your guide will introduce the techniques gently and support you throughout.
What should I bring?
Comfortable layered clothing is recommended, as the body may cool down during breathwork. Please bring a reusable water bottle. Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided for your comfort.

We’ll meet at the lakeside yoga pod 10 minutes before the session begins.

A breathing circle is a guided breathwork session shared in a safe, supportive group setting. It includes gentle techniques, intention setting, and time for reflection. It is not fast or intense — it is mindful, grounding, and deeply calming.
