Course Content

This one-week Ayurveda training offers a clear introduction to the foundations of this traditional healing system, with a focused exploration of marma therapy. Participants will gain insight into the basic principles of Ayurveda, the role and classification of marma points in the body, their locations, and the signs that may appear when marma points are affected. The program also includes practical guidance on treatment methods, with hands-on exposure to techniques such as abhyanga, leech therapy, herbal paste applications, aroma oils, and the relationship of marma work to panchakarma.

• Fundamental principles of Ayurveda
• Introduction to marmas
• Major classification of marma points in the body
• Marma location
• Symptoms of marma injury
• Treatment and practical training in marmas, including abhyanga, leech therapy, herbal paste, aroma oils, and more
• Marma in relation to panchakarma
