Ayurveda is among the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, built on the understanding that true health and wellness arise from a delicate harmony of mind, body, and soul. Rather than focusing only on disease, it emphasizes the preservation of good health through balance. In Ayurveda, the universe and all living and non-living beings are closely interconnected, and wellbeing is supported when the five elements, tridosha, triguna, agni, tejas, and ojas remain in alignment with that greater order. This tradition also teaches that each person has the power to heal from within, and that this inner potential can be revealed through education and complete lifestyle guidance.
This course is intended for anyone who wishes to explore the foundations of Ayurveda, learn about correct daily living, understand their own body type, and deepen the relationship between self and nature. It also covers practical do’s and don’ts, home remedies for common ailments, and ways to apply these teachings in everyday life for personal use and for family care.
