Begin the year with a restorative escape designed to uplift body, mind, and spirit. Set in the breathtaking Alps, this retreat brings together yoga sessions, breathwork, inspiring conversations on yogic philosophy, guided and silent meditation, mantra chanting, and a few thoughtful surprises along the way. Homemade cuisine is also part of the experience, prepared to nourish you throughout your stay.

• In partnership with Cit’hotel Le National in Cluses, a charming hotel just 6 minutes away by car. Additional rooms are available at the same rates as mentioned above, with transportation services provided for easy access

Your hosts and teachers

Prachi and Benoît have been devoted to yoga for many years and have been teaching since 2015 with great passion. They have completed more than 1,000 hours of advanced training, including 500 hours focused exclusively on teaching, in renowned ashrams in India.

Prachi has also specialized in prenatal and postnatal yoga, offering support tailored to different stages of life. Grounded in their Indian heritage and enriched by their studies in India, Prachi and Benoît share an authentic teaching approach that respects the traditional values of yoga. Their certifications are endorsed by Yoga Alliance, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and excellence.
