Stepping away from routine, which can dull our experience of ourselves and of life, opens the door to deeper practice and helps reawaken depth, ease, care, and steadiness.

Yoga House Camping Retreat 4 and 5 July 2026. Relaxed, spacious, and friendly, this retreat welcomes everyone, including beginners. You can pitch a tent in The Yoga House field or stay elsewhere and join daily. Yoga is woven together with deep rest, with sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons, plus plenty of time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Cost: £205, including lunches, supper, and camping on Saturday night. Deposit £70.
Autumn Retreat Days at The Yoga House, 17 October and 5 December 2026. These retreat days offer subtle, nourishing yoga, pranayama, meditation, and deep rest. People love the balance of the day, with plenty of quiet and time to share lunch together, which is provided. The days begin at 10am and finish around 5pm. Cost is £75 for one day or £140 for both, including lunch. If you need a bursary place, please do not hesitate to ask.
