Along with an opening circle and welcome dinner, the 5-day program includes a workshop, supportive exercises, rituals, guided meditations, transmissions, a personal consultation (reading/healing or massage), and the Ceremony of the Inner Sacred Marriage.
You will also visit selected sacred places where light codes can be received. Possible sites include the Vortex by the two rivers, the Isis & Osiris chair in Rennes-les-Bains, St Salvayre, Gorges Galamus, the mountain and church of Bugarach, the Bethlehem Cave, Notre Dame de Sabart, the labyrinth of Nébias, and Rennes-le-Château. The final choice depends on the weather and the needs and process of the group. An integration day is included halfway through the week.
You fly to Toulouse or Carcassonne. For the recommended flights, shuttle service can be arranged from Carcassonne-Alaigne or Bram-Alaigne train station for a fee. Traveling by car or private transport from the airport is also possible. Your stay is at Coeur de Roses in Alaigne, with its atmospheric themed rooms and gîte. Hostess, tour guide, and lightworker Désirée welcomes you warmly. In the late afternoon, the group gets to know one another, and in the evening there is a welcome dinner, served in the garden when weather permits.
The program is intuitively adapted to the group and the circumstances. Mornings begin with a delicious breakfast, with all ingredients, mostly organic, available in the gîte. You can also prepare sandwiches there for your packed lunch. When the weather allows, the day continues with an excursion, spending as much time as possible in nature and visiting sacred places. The region offers many magical and enchanting sites that support your process. In less favorable weather, group work takes place at Coeur de Roses.
During the excursion, there is also the option to stop at a supermarket if you would like to buy extras for lunch. In the evening, dinner is enjoyed in one of the many restaurants nearby or on location. Group cooking is also possible if preferred.
This is a day to rest and recharge. Alaigne lies among vineyards and is ideal for walks with beautiful views. You may also spend time by the wood stove with a good book, relax by the saltwater pool, consult a deck of cards, or enjoy creative time.
After breakfast, you prepare for your return journey. If you have booked the shuttle service, you will be brought on time to the airport or station. You leave with a backpack full of beautiful memories.
Your stay takes place in Alaigne, a picturesque village in the Aude, surrounded by vineyards, swaying cornfields, and sunflowers. Here you will find the spiritual center Coeur de Roses, with uniquely decorated rooms and a gîte. The garden offers several seating areas and a saltwater pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploration. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
