It is designed for everybody, and every body.
Think of it as a flexible, healthy vacation.
It is the least structured retreat, making it an ideal choice if your life feels overscheduled and you want the freedom to unwind, follow your own rhythm, and enjoy a gentle detox while deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
There is no facilitator for this retreat, so you will not work one-on-one with expert guides; instead, you are welcome to join as many or as few of Hacienda Del Sol’s daily activities as you choose.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- All full-service meals are included, with access to both Vegetarian and Primal Whole Foods Menus. Options include local and fresh fish, seafood, chicken, eggs, lamb, and plenty of raw vegan choices. Meal times are flexible, and unlike most retreat centers that serve buffet style, you order from a menu during regular kitchen hours and are served restaurant-style.
- Set in the pristine Guanacaste Jungle of Costa Rica, the property offers a chance to step away from urban life and reconnect with yourself and nature.
- Daily activities included in the price range from yoga and beach trips to weekly jungle hikes and cooking classes, all designed to support the Life Nutrition for the Nervous System™ experience.
