Ten 90-minute Rebalancing bodywork sessions with your dedicated, highly skilled therapist, who will come to understand your individual needs and shape a personalized progression of care. Each session is designed to address physical imbalance, help restore alignment in the body, and encourage deep relaxation and release.

Because the body holds both physical and emotional pain in its tissues, this nurturing and highly customized retreat program can also bring relief to those who want to calm the nervous system while gently releasing stuck energy that may be showing up as physical or emotional imbalance.
You will be held in a deeply supportive container, with the same experienced massage therapist throughout all sessions. This continuity allows your therapist to become familiar with your body’s unique needs and support targeted progress over time.
We are home to the School of Rebalancing, founded by Menlha Bruneau, who also founded Hacienda del Sol. Our Rebalancing Structural Bodywork Therapists are trained by Menlha to read the body, recognizing what is already in balance and identifying what can be improved to create greater ease and comfort.
Your expert therapist then creates a custom sequence of sessions that works through each area of the body using specialized joint mobilization and deep tissue release techniques.
