This youth leadership program invites participants ages 13 to 20-something to step into meaningful roles as coaches, teachers, and trainers for children involved in KITS, an evidence-based performing arts program. Designed as a practical, hands-on experience, it gives young people the chance to build confidence while actively supporting others.
Grounded in current peer-reviewed developmental research, the program is created to help youth recognize and develop their unique leadership strengths in a real-world setting. Participants can expect an engaging environment that encourages responsibility, communication, and personal growth, while also offering the rewarding experience of working directly with children.
