Green Yoga International is pleased to present a new 200-hour yoga teacher training designed around the energy and popularity of Vinyasa flow and the Ashtanga primary series. After many years of offering multi-style trainings, the team has created a program that reflects the direction of today’s yoga world while staying rooted in depth, discipline, and tradition.
This immersive 21-day course is designed to support dedicated practitioners on the path to becoming confident, highly qualified teachers. It is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and UK, a credential recognized worldwide for teaching yoga. The curriculum has been shaped through extensive study of yoga texts and years of practical experience in yoga techniques.
All yoga seekers are warmly invited to join, whether the goal is to step into teaching or to deepen a personal practice through this modern approach to yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

The training places its main emphasis on Vinyasa flow (60%), with the Ashtanga primary series making up 20% and restorative/yin practices 20% to create balance. Students will explore one of the most current and widely practiced styles of yoga, developing awareness of breath and movement to support clarity in mind, body, and spirit.
The course preserves the essence of a multi-style curriculum while bringing together the most essential aspects of yoga. It creates a bridge between East and West, science and spirituality, practice and teaching.
Vinyasa Flow
- Learn to professionally teach 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga classes
- Practice a variety of Vinyasa sequences
- Develop safe adjustments and corrections during class
- Study alignment and break down each pose to understand the biomechanics of the asanas
- Learn injury prevention and how to offer customized modifications
- Explore sequencing strategies to create classes that feel creative and unique
Ashtanga primary series

200 hour program
The curriculum has been redefined to meet Yoga Alliance USA & UK standards while drawing on the team’s own expertise in yoga.
The main goal is to prepare future teachers physically and spiritually, so they are ready to practice and teach independently. The training builds the foundations for becoming a skilled and well-rounded yoga teacher.
The program is organized into five modules: Yoga teaching techniques, teaching methodology and yogic lifestyle, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and practice.
There are 180 contact hours during the three-week training. In addition, each student must submit one article during or after the course and complete theory homework. These are counted as 20 non-contact hours.

Location
The training takes place at the newly opened Green Yoga Retreat Center on the east coast of Mallorca, Spain. This peaceful rural hotel offers an ideal setting for a deep yoga immersion.
