




Offered by Green Yoga International, this 300-hour alignment-based Yoga Teacher Training Course is registered with Yoga Alliance USA. It offers a deep study of yogic philosophy, advanced asana, pranayama, anatomy, hands-on adjustment and alignment, practicum, and dedicated modules in Yin yoga and Ayurveda.
Designed for students who have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance course, this training is available in both residential and online formats. It is structured to support the balance of living yoga and studying it at the same time. For anyone who feels their previous 200-hour training left gaps, this course is intended to fill those essential areas and help shape a more complete, well-rounded yoga teacher.
After completing the 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course together with an earlier 200-hour certification, participants can qualify as a 500-hour yoga teacher. The certificate may be registered with Yoga Alliance USA, allowing graduates to become a 500 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).

Create and lead a 90-minute Vinyasa Flow class.

Students are expected to complete self-study and submit daily and weekly assignments based on lectures and discussions.
The course ends with both a practical and theory exam to assess learning, practice and teaching during the one-month teacher training.

The 300-hour TTC syllabus follows Yoga Alliance USA standards. The yoga styles taught in this course are Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin.
The training concludes with a certificate of completion. This certificate must be uploaded and registered on the Yoga Alliance USA or UK website, and the student must pay the registration fee in order to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 300 or 500).
To join the training, students must have completed their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
