Preregistration is required for this uniquely restorative experience, designed to blend the gentle support of an aerial hammock with the immersive vibrations of crystal sound bowls. Settle into a suspended position that encourages deep relaxation as soothing sound fills the space, creating an atmosphere ideal for release, restoration, and quiet inner stillness.
Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided to help you feel comfortable throughout the session. Reservations close two hours before the event begins, though you may call ahead before start time to check whether any space remains available. If you plan to attend with a service animal, please contact the center by phone at least two hours before registration so appropriate preparations can be made.
