Each day begins with yoga practices designed to strengthen and energise the body while building awareness of how we feel physically in preparation for massage.

You will then explore the history and foundational healing massage techniques for different areas of the body, while discovering that every body is unique and responds differently to touch.

The day closes with restorative yoga, offering further support for the body and helping you better understand your self-care needs after a full day of massage.
