The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is the opening half of the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. It is not a standalone program and does not provide certification by itself. This format is ideal for students who cannot set aside a full month for the complete 200-hour training at once and prefer to complete their journey in two stages. It also suits those looking for a shorter immersion in yoga practice and philosophy without the aim of becoming a certified teacher. After finishing the first 100 hours, students may return later to complete the remaining 100 hours, which together meet the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training requirement and lead to certification.
We believe learning here will be a deeply rewarding experience. Our experienced teachers offer clear guidance and warm support throughout the course, and every student is welcomed like family. Through easy-to-follow lessons across a range of subjects, you will build a stronger understanding of the yogic lifestyle.
Study the alignment of more than 50 asanas and learn how to support students in moving more deeply into each posture through safe adjustment. This module covers the benefits, precautions, method, and correction of asanas.
Mudra is an ancient part of yoga. These gestures influence the flow of energy in the body and can affect mental and spiritual qualities. You will explore practices such as Jnana mudra, Chin mudra, Yoni mudra, Bhairava mudra, and Shambhavi mudra.
Bandha is a kriyā in Hatha Yoga and is described as an internal body lock that helps contain vital energy within the body. The term means bond, fetter, or catching hold of. Maha Bandha combines all three bandhas.
The training has been structured to feel more balanced and accessible than a typical teacher training experience. This 11-day course includes 2 full days off, giving you time to explore Rishikesh, rest, and reflect. The schedule follows the seasons and may change accordingly.
