This retreat is not about becoming a different person. It is about noticing what has already taken root within you. You have already cultivated growth, capacity, curiosity, and so much potential — now is the time to harvest.
In German, we call this “Erntedank” — gratitude for what has flourished.
This is not a retreat for optimization or escape. It is an invitation to blossom. A space to unfold, to move with ease, and to be seen.
The Year of the Horse reminds us to trust our instincts, step into our natural power, stand unapologetically in the present, and follow the movement that rises from within. This is about becoming more fully yourself — and daring to share that version with the world.
The retreat is intentionally shaped to leave room for creativity and clarity, as well as reflection and integration:
True to the Year of the Horse, you’ll be invited to trust your instincts again. You’ll release physical and mental blockages, strengthen resilience, and create space for your natural strength to flow freely.

Stay on the retreat grounds and enjoy a setting that feels both restful and intimate. The guesthouse sits about 100 meters from the beach and opens directly onto the olive grove at the back. In the lower part of the grove, beside the house, you can find shade for reading, unwinding, or simply relaxing beneath the olive trees in a centuries-old, beautifully romantic garden. Depending on the season, you may even pick a grapefruit straight from the tree.
