The prenatal care includes two 90-minute visits to discuss your birthing plan and the priorities that matter most to you, along with on-call support for six weeks before your due date. You’ll also receive ongoing Voxer support throughout your pregnancy, labour and delivery support from start to finish, and complementary therapies such as reiki and reflexology.
To help you feel grounded and informed between sessions, the package also includes access to a doula support app and pre-recorded meditations. After birth, the care continues with three postpartum visits totaling up to 9 hours, one overnight visit for deeper support, seven pre-packaged nourishing family meals, a “Strong as a Motha” support care package, and a postpartum support care package. A birth chart and astrological reading are also included to offer additional insight into your responses to the energy around you.
