Spend a week in Norway’s dramatic mountain landscape, where guided hiking, daily yoga, and time in nature come together for a refreshing reset. With fjords, open views, and quiet trails as your backdrop, this experience blends movement, rest, and meaningful connection in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Overview:
Step away from routine and into the wild beauty of Norway. Each day invites you to breathe in crisp mountain air, move your body, and slow down among fjords, peaks, and wide natural landscapes. This retreat brings together hiking, yoga, and authentic connection — both with yourself and with others.
No advanced yoga practice or hiking experience is required. The emphasis is not on achievement, but on how you feel throughout the week.

What to expect physically
Daily hikes are approximately 5–10 km, with a relaxed pace and plenty of breaks. Some days include shorter or longer options, and elevation gain ranges from 300–650 m.
The trails are real Norwegian mountain paths, not paved routes. Expect rocks, roots, uneven ground, and occasional muddy sections. Locals consider these hikes easy to moderate, and children often join them. If you are used to flat, paved walking, they may feel more demanding at first.
That is why the hikes are done mindfully, without rush or competition. With a positive attitude and a steady pace, participants are able to complete them.
How you'll feel after
Most guests leave with a healthy physical tiredness — the satisfying kind that comes from being active in nature and moving through the mountains each day. It is grounding rather than draining, and many people notice improved strength and stamina during the retreat.
At the same time, the mind begins to settle. The combination of movement and mindfulness in nature helps clear mental clutter and soften stress. Many guests also feel a growing sense of gratitude for fresh air, strong bodies, good conversation, and time away from daily pressure.
By the end of the week, people often feel calmer, more focused, and more connected to themselves and the present moment.
