This advanced training is created for practitioners who want to deepen their practical Ayurveda knowledge through a structured study of classical and scientific Panchakarma. It is suitable for Ayurveda students, practitioners, and teachers alike, offering a rich opportunity to expand both understanding and hands-on experience.
Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will explore both theory and practice, including Panchakarma, Panchakarma diet and food preparation, selected herbs, herbal preparations, and the process of Ayurveda consultation and prakriti analysis. A refresher on the core principles of Ayurveda is also included as part of the programme.

- Dhatus and Malas – body tissues and excretory products
- Tripods – diet, sleep, and sex as the three pillars of life

- Dravya Guna (rasa, guna, virya, vipaka, prabhava)
- Bhaishajya ratanavali (preparation of some simple medicines)
- Nidana Panchaka
- Introduction to panchakarma
- Vaman – induced vomiting
- Virechan – induced purgation
- Basti – medicated enema
- Nasyam – purification through the nasal route
- Rasayan therapy – enhancement of immunity
- Vajikaran therapy – aphrodisiac treatment
