Ayurveda Retreat – 7 Days
This retreat is available for a minimum stay of 7 days from 15 March to 15 November. Seven-day stays are not accepted between 16 November and 15 March each year.
Check-in begins after 10:00 am on the first day, and check-out is by 10:00 am on the final day.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an additional cost and are subject to room availability. Additional days can be arranged by contacting the office in advance.
River Deluxe Cottages (Single Occupancy)
These cottages are designed according to permaculture principles, offering privacy and lovely views in a peaceful natural setting. The interiors are simple yet spacious, with 12 x 16 feet bedrooms that are bright and naturally ventilated through two windows.
Each bed includes a spring mattress, pillows, quilts, and blankets.
Fresh bed sheets and towels are changed regularly.
Rooms are equipped with a reading table and chair, as well as a wardrobe with secure lockers.
Self-cleaning supplies such as a wastebin, broom, brush, and other cleaning items are provided.
A river-facing balcony includes easy chairs and coffee tables.
Mosquito nets are fitted to all three windows, so no separate net is required.
Bathrooms come with western toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and related fittings.
Solar hot water is available for comfort.
There is also a small pantry area with a sink and counter.
Toilet paper is available for purchase at a nominal cost.
Power is available 24/7 with voltage control and generator backup.
Universal plug points are provided, making it easy to charge any device.
Wi-Fi is available for a nominal charge.
Laundry service with a modern washing machine is also available for a nominal charge.
Deluxe Rooms (Twin-Share)
These spacious twin-share rooms include two twin-size beds, a large wardrobe, desk, kitchenette, private attached bathroom, and a private terrace with beautiful nature views.
Twin-share rates for Ayurveda packages are available only for guests arriving with a partner.

Please share any relevant information, including chronic illness, prescription medicines, past surgeries, psychological health, or anything else our yoga and meditation teachers should know. For Ayurveda retreat guests, a separate medical form is submitted only to the Ayurveda doctors. Your treatments will be based on a personal one-to-one consultation with the doctor.

The wooden cottages (private rooms), contain a single bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a western style bathroom (toilet, hot water shower and sink), a pantry area with a second sink, and a balcony with a chair overlooking the river.
