Two Ayahuasca ceremonies: At the heart of this retreat are two Ayahuasca ceremonies, offering a rare opportunity to go deeper, uncover more, and illuminate the path of inner transformation in a powerful way.

Thorough preparation: Your journey does not begin upon arrival, but already in your own home. You will receive essential information and resources to help prepare your body and mind for this intensive experience.

Personal support in advance: Before departure, you will take part in a personal preparation call. This not only helps ensure you arrive well prepared, but also gives you a safe space for any questions or uncertainties.

Nourishment for body and soul: You will be served four vegan, dietary meals designed to actively support your Ayahuasca experience and strengthen your physical foundation. Individual dietary needs are, of course, taken into account.

Deeper Ayahuasca guidance: Before each experience, our experts accompany you with an orientation conversation, offering helpful guidance and answering your personal questions so you can fully open to the process. After the first ceremony, they continue to support you, helping you enter the second day with even greater clarity and depth.

Nature and cold immersion: If weather conditions allow, guided nature walks are offered. You also have the option of cold bathing, a practice supported by breathwork that helps calm the mind. This makes it easier to observe intense bodily sensations with neutrality, complementing the Ayahuasca journey beautifully.

Varied spiritual practices: In addition to two group meditation sessions, you will be introduced to further spiritual dimensions and healing methods through a Rapé ceremony.

Integration as the key: Shared reflection, understanding, and practical application of your experience are supported through an integration conversation and a follow-up call, helping anchor the transformation in your daily life.
