Travel into San Jose (SJO) Airport, then take a regional flight to Cobano, where the team will pick you up and bring you to the property. If you need help booking the regional flight, assistance can be arranged.

If you plan to bring your own board, please note that the regional planes cannot accommodate surfboards longer than 6 ft 7 in.
Santa Teresa is a dreamy beach town on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, known for palm-lined beaches, world-class waves, stunning sunsets, and a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. The town is small and welcoming, with great cafés, surf shops, yoga studios, and a vibrant international community. It offers a perfect mix of adventure and ease, with mornings in the water, afternoons at waterfalls, and evenings spent watching the sun set over the ocean.
Coming solo is absolutely welcome. It is a wonderful way to meet like-minded women who share an interest in surf, yoga, and adventure. Shared accommodations are arranged unless a private room is booked, and by the end of the week, many guests feel like they have known their retreat group for years.
Each day is thoughtfully balanced with structure and free time so you can surf, rest, and enjoy Costa Rica at your own pace. A typical day may include:
You do not need to be an expert, but guests should understand surf etiquette and be able to paddle out and pop up on their own.
To reserve your place, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
Payment plans are available in 2 installments, and payments can be made through Shopify checkout by credit card or fee-free via Zelle.
Refund Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the $500 deposit.
If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued. However, if your spot is filled from the waitlist or transferred to a replacement guest, your payment will be refunded minus the deposit.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.
