Surf & Yoga Day Retreat

This year, Yoga with Ginni has joined forces with some of Tramore’s finest to create a one-of-a-kind Surf & Yoga Day Retreat.

So, what exactly does that mean?

It means an energising day retreat unlike any other: beginner-friendly, seaside-inspired, and filled with wellness, learning, good food, and plenty of fun.

The day begins at Trá Beo Yoga & Therapy Studio in Tramore with a yoga session led by Ginni, before heading to Tramore beach for a surfing lesson with SurfSUP. And if the waves are not on our side, no problem — SUP boards will be ready too. After working up an appetite on the water, lunch will be served by the award-winning Mezze.

Once everyone is feeling content, well-fed, and cosy in the heated studio, the experience continues with a nourishing restorative yoga practice and Yoga Nidra with Yoga by Aoife.

Vitamin Sea Festival 2024

Across the weekend, there is something for everyone, including kids: from Taste Tours to sauna sessions, spoon carving to Ceili, pilates to Paella, whiskey to wellness, and everything in between.
