Meet Samantha, Sound Healer & Yoga Instructor

Samantha has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, with a dedication to making the practice accessible to people at every stage of their wellness journey. After completing her 200-hour teacher training in Chicago in 2014, she has taught in studios throughout Chicago, San Diego, and New York.

Alongside yoga, Samantha is a certified sound healer and breathwork facilitator. She blends somatic experiencing, guided meditation, and healing frequencies into her classes to create an immersive mind-body experience. Her sound baths feature crystal bowls and breathwork to support deep calm and clarity. With grounded insight, gentle humor, and an inclusive approach, Samantha offers a welcoming space for both new and experienced yogis.
