If you have ever been on a Gong or Sound Bath - the kind of experience you will have on a Shanti Sound Therapy-Gong Bath with sacred instruments - you have certainly never tried, experienced, discovered, or experienced anywhere else, and we invite you to join us, whether you are a first time or experienced gong lover!

The therapeutic practice (meditation) of Himalayan bowls and gong sounds is one of the ways to help relax the body from accumulated stress, tensions and thoughts. Sounds are used to activate the biofield, expand the perceptual boundaries and stimulate the physical, energetic and intellectual bodies. So let's meet and play together.

Classes are held in a reclining position - blankets, cushions and mats will be provided.
