Chrysalis retreats offer a deeply guided path of transformation through a thoughtful blend of labyrinth ceremony, opening connection circle, sound healing, guided visualization, yoga, meditation, fire ceremony, water healing journeys, prayer stone ritual, and an appreciation and reflection circle. Guests may also create a personalized mix of spa-wellness sessions and time in nature. These are typically small-group retreats, and each retreatant is free to be as solo or as social as they wish.
Upcoming weekends:
What to expect:
Friday: Arrive at Anahata and settle into a deluxe studio apartment or a welcoming retreat center bedroom. Begin with a guided walk to the riverfront and a labyrinth journey, followed by a welcome and orientation circle. In the evening, enjoy a hearty vegetarian dinner, then close the day with guided meditation and a sound healing bath. If you arrive early Friday afternoon, you may begin with a massage.
Saturday: Start with a semi-private yoga class, then move into a 90-minute massage or wellness session. After a nourishing lunch, choose between time in nature or another guided wellness session such as Life Coaching, Heart-Spirit Alignment, Reiki, or another offering from the Wellness Page. Dinner is followed by an evening ceremony or activation, which may include a fire ceremony, prayer stone ritual, or another session suited to the group’s needs.
Sunday: Begin the final morning with another more-than-yoga class, then enjoy brunch and a Reflection & Appreciation Circle before departure. If you would like to fit in one more wellness session, that can also be arranged.
All-inclusive: Five healthy vegan/vegetarian meals, lovely accommodations, guided pre-retreat preparation, small-group welcome and reflection/appreciation sessions, evening sound bath and ceremony, two 90-minute morning yoga classes, and one 90-minute massage are included. Pricing is $1000 with private room/private bath, or $900 with private room/shared bath.
Add on: Extend your retreat with extra unstructured days or overnights for $180 accommodation only, or $280 with accommodation and 3 meals. This time may be used for rest and integration, self-guided practice, or exploring Floyd culture and the surrounding area. Additional retreat guidance and wellness sessions can be arranged for an extra charge.
Choose your level of wellness care: Wellness sessions are designed a la carte. Options include customized massage, Thai yoga massage with hot herbal compresses, Reiki or sound healing, Heart-Spirit Alignment, Couples Deepening, Life Coaching/Counseling, private or semi-private yoga instruction, and nature immersion adventures. Please reach out at least 3 weeks in advance if possible, especially if you would like several sessions.
All-inclusive retreat package for one: Three days, two overnights in a private retreat space, 5 organic whole foods meals tailored to your preferences, daily yoga, guided afternoon and evening sessions, and one 90-minute massage or other wellness session included. Pricing is $900 for private room/shared bath or $1000 for private room/private bath.
All-inclusive couples retreat package: Two overnights in a private retreat space, 5 organic whole foods meals tailored to your preferences, guided activities, and either two 90-minute wellness sessions of your choice or two couples deepening sessions with one of our retreat guides. Private room/private bath: $1600.
Design your own solo retreat: Self-guided solo retreats may last a day, a weekend, a week, or longer. You may bring and prepare your own food, remain in silence, or choose daily yoga, guided activities, wellness sessions, and meals a la carte as available. Dates are more flexible and may be mid-week. Solo self-guided retreats with your own food start at $360 for 3 days/2 nights, with additional days at $150.
Silent retreat: If you already have your own practices and simply need to unplug and step into stillness, a silent retreat can offer the space to go inward and let go.
